Encouraging – aim to inspire or help someone out there

Simple – avoid too much jargon or complicated terms
Word count: 600 to 1,200 words is ideal
Format: Google Docs or Word (.docx) is preferred
What Not to Send

Overly self-promotional pieces (a soft plug is okay)

Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
